Axis Fall Retreat is a jam-packed weekend for our Axis students. The retreat is designed to help students disconnect from their everyday world and encounter God in a personal and powerful way.
The weekend includes powerful worship services, small group time, fun free time, great meals together and lots of memories! It begins Friday night with a great service and bonfire after party. Saturday includes services, free time and lots of fun. We wrap up the retreat by bussing students to their Life Church location to join in for Sunday morning services.
We love to have fun but our main purpose is to provide an environment where students can encounter God in a fresh way. Every year we hear stories from young people and their parents about how God impacted their life through the retreat! This year will be no exception and we want your student to be a part!
We want to make sure every middle school and high school student is there. We will do all that we can to help remove any obstacles that may come up to prevent your son/daughter from attending. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to ensure that your student joins us for the retreat at axis@thelifechurch.com. Thank you for letting us partner with you!

Phones:
The retreat will be an incredible time to have fun, make new friends and encounter God. We are taking the retreat experience to another level by having students turn in their cell phones at check-in. We want this weekend to be phone-free and distraction-free. It is a short period of time without social media, texting friends and the distractions that come with our devices in order to be fully immersed in this life-changing experience.
Students can leave their phones at home or choose to turn them in at check-in on Friday night. Those who turn their phones in at the retreat will get them back when getting onto the bus to head to church on Sunday morning. Contact information for on-site pastors will be given out for parents who need to get in touch with their students during the event.
