Regathering FAQ

Preparing for In-Person Services

What are we doing to provide a safe environment?

We have purchased commercial grade sanitation equipment and have established thorough cleaning procedures before, during and after each service to allow us to provide a safe and clean environment for our church family. We have added several sanitations stations throughout the building for general use and are being mindful of social distancing guidelines.

In Kids Life, all volunteers and children will be temperature checked before entering the classrooms and asked to sanitize their hands as they enter. All of our teachers and KL volunteers will be wearing kid friendly face coverings and our team has laid out extensive cleaning and sanitation procedures. We are also adjusting certain aspects of the worship experience to eliminate sharing toys and supplies.

Where can I attend?

All Memphis locations are regathering for weekend services beginning July 11/12 and ready to welcome you! We will have all of our normal service times available. Please check your location for times.

As we begin to regather for in-person worship services, we know that many people need to or prefer to continue worshiping at home. We are asking anyone who is sick to continue to join us for services online. For those who are in the most at-risk categories, we encourage you to use discretion when participating in any large group gatherings.

Will worship services still be available online?

Yes, as always we will continue to offer the live worship experience online. We are excited to launch an online campus experience, for those who can not attend one of our locations in person, with opportunities to serve, build life-giving relationships through online Life Groups and participate in generosity.

Do I have to register for my seat at a service?

No, registration is not required. Our usher team will assist you in finding a seat if needed. We encourage you to be mindful of others as you enter and do your best to adhere to social distancing guidelines when finding your seat. Seating will be every other row, with 2 seats in between each family.

Will Kids Life be open?

Yes, we are excited to have our Kids Life classrooms open. The safety of our kids is of highest priority so our team has laid out extensive cleaning and sanitation procedures, as well as adjusting certain aspects of their worship experience to allow for safety guidelines to be met where possible.

Can I bring my kids into service?

We have an amazing worship experience designed just for kids and highly encourage parents to check them into class for each service. If you choose to bring your children into the auditorium, please bring a device with headphones or activities such as coloring sheets in order to help us maintain a distraction-free environment.
