The Next Gen Worship Expo is happening on Saturday, March 7 from 1:00-3:30p at our Houston Levee location. It’s an opportunity for students to grow in their understanding of worship and leadership with our team and a next step toward being part of the Kids Life or Axis Worship Team.
This event is open to students in 3rd through 12th grade who regularly attend The Life Church. Kids Life and Axis students will participate in separate, age-appropriate environments. This is a free event, but registration is required to attend. Please complete a registration form for each student.
Kids Life | 3rd-5th grade
During the Kids Life Worship Expo, students will learn the why behind the what—what worship is, why leading worship matters and how they can serve God through singing, motions and leadership. We’ll also focus on helping students confidently lead their friends in worship. As part of the experience, students will learn two new worship songs with motions. At pickup, parents will have the opportunity to watch their child help lead the songs with the group.
Axis | 6th-12th grade
During the Axis Worship Expo, students will get to experience what it’s really like to be part of the Axis Worship Team—what it is and what it is not. They will discover the heart behind Axis Worship while hearing directly from Axis leaders about their experiences and passion for leading worship. Students will also gain practical tools to grow in skill and confidence, as well as learn how to get involved in Axis Worship.
